General Terms&Conditions
1. Travel Contract Formalization
Your booking must be made in writing via email to your travel planner. You must then complete the registration form with the travelers’ information.
The contract is considered concluded once:
-
You accept the General Terms and Conditions, and
-
You pay a 30% deposit of the total booking amount.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify that all documents match the agreed services. If there are any discrepancies, you must contact your planner immediately for adjustments.
2. Payment Terms
Service confirmation is issued once 30% of the total amount has been received. This deposit must be paid to Nexhale within one week of booking confirmation, via payment link or bank transfer.
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received on time, services will be canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policies.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are effective from the date the request is received.
-
100% refund if canceled at least two months before the start date
-
25% retention (remaining balance refunded) if canceled between one and two months before
-
50% retention (remaining balance refunded, if applicable) if canceled up to two weeks before
-
Within two weeks of the start date: non-refundable
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for additional protection.
4. Included Services
Only the services explicitly detailed in your travel confirmation are included. Any modifications must be requested in advance and may incur additional costs.
5. Unused Services
Nexhale does not provide refunds for unused services included in the package (such as hotels, activities, or transfers) if they are not used by the client’s choice.
6. Termination Due to Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of force majeure that were unforeseeable at the time of signing (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics), Nexhale reserves the right to terminate the contract. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus $150 per person to cover administrative costs.
7. Warranty and Duty to Cooperate
If a service does not meet the agreed contract conditions, you may request reasonable compensation. Nexhale may offer an equivalent alternative where feasible.
Any issues must be reported during the trip:
-
By phone: (+506 8302 0003 or +36 30 094 6014)
-
Or by email to your travel planner
Failure to report issues during the trip may result in loss of the right to claim compensation.
